Exhibitor Manual
We have prepared this Exhibitor Services Manual in anticipation of your needs for the upcoming show. This manual covers important topics including getting your booth to and from the McCormick Place, when and how to order your services, and some basic guidelines for the show. Please reference the A to Z Guide (found under General Show Information) to help find answers to the most frequently asked questions and remember to review the Table of Contents page thoroughly, as both of these contain valuable information and help you find the answers to your questions.

Free Marketing Opportunities
C2E2 is pleased to offer Free Marketing Opportunities for our exhibitors.
Web Button - Request a free C2E2 web button for your site. We can customize the button to include your booth number.
Customer Invitation Program - Create your own invitation eCard to invite your customers to visit you at C2E2. It’s super easy. Just go to www.c2e2ecards.com and pick out a design template. It will only take 10 minutes to complete and will let all of your customers know you will be at C2E2.
Downloadable flyer for online orders - Do you do any business through mail order? Let’s make sure your customers know where to find you in April. Click here for a link to a download a flyer that you can print and insert in your mail orders. We can also customize the flyer with your company name, logo and booth number.
eBlast Services - We can create an HTML template with your information to blast out to YOUR DATABASE. We will code the template, create the HTML and blast it out to whatever list you provide.
