Exhibitor Badges

All Exhibitor Badges registration is done online

EXHIBITOR BADGES

  1. Exhibitors will receive 5 Exhibitor Badges for each 10 x 10 they occupy.
  2. Additional Exhibitor Badges can be purchased for $30 each at C2E2.
  3. All Exhibitor Badges will be printed with only your Company’s Name.
  4. Exhibitors may individualize their badges with their personal names once received.
  5. No Exhibitor Badges will be mailed beforehand.
  6. All Exhibtor Badges will be available for pickup at the Exhibitor/Artist Alley Registration Desk
  7. To pickup your allotted Exhibitor Badges, you must provide Photo ID and a business card or other form of identification with your company’s name. You will need to sign for your badges upon pickup.
  8. Small Press will each receive 5 Exhibitor Badges.

ARTIST ALLEY BADGES

  1. Artists in Artist Alley with a 3-Foot Table will receive 1 Artist Alley Badge.
  2. Artists in Artist Alley with a 6-Foot Table will receive 2 Artist Alley Badges
  3. Artists cannot purchase additional Artist Alley badges.
  4. All Artist Alley Badges will be printed with only “Artist Alley”.
  5. Artist Alley Artists may individualize their badges with their personal names once received.
  6. No Artist Alley Badges will be mailed beforehand.
  7. All Artist Alley Badges will be available for pickup at the Exhibitor/Artist Alley Registration Desk.

To pickup your Artist Alley Badges, you must provide a photo ID. You will need to sign for your badges upon pickup.
